This decision has been made by Basisbank to further expand and intensify its activities in international market. The American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia aiming to promote the development of commercial relations between businesspeople representing Georgia and the United States of America was founded in Georgia in 1998. Basisbank’s decision to become a member of US Chamber of Commerce has been conditioned by the marketing opportunities provided to the members of the Chamber, for instance, establishing new contacts and collaborations with American business circles and international organizations.

At the meeting held at Tbilisi Marriott Hotel, on March, 23rd, the President of American Chamber of Commerce David Lee officially announced Basisbank as a member of the Chamber. Retail Direction Director of Basisbank  Levan Gardapkhadze said he hopes that cooperation between these two institutions will be mutually beneficial and contribute to their further strengthening.
